Nomadesk is a European company, based in Ghent, Belgium. For two decades we have worked on one problem: letting people collaborate on sensitive information without losing control of it.
We do not treat sovereignty as a label on a contract. A commitment written by a foreign provider remains subject to foreign law. Ownership is different: the data sits in infrastructure you or we can point to, under jurisdiction you can name.
That means European data centres only — or your own premises, entirely under your operational control. Nothing in the platform requires you to depend on us to keep running.
